There’s live electronic music at Indigo (Akarsu Sokak 309, Galatasaray, 245 1306, www.livingindigo.com), jazz and world music at Babylon (Seyhbender Sokak 3, Asmalimescit, 292 7368, www.babylon-ist.com) and in summer months there’s the upmarket version of New York jazz bar NuBlu (Muallim Naci Caddesi 130, 265 6912) near the Bosphorus in Kuruçesme.
