Jerez’s main flamenco dates are the International Flamenco Festival (24 Feb-11 Mar) and the more local Bulería festival which kicks off the Jerez Autumn Festival (4-23 Sept). This is the city’s main party and covers everything from grape-treading to fireworks and bullfights. Horse lovers should trot along to the spectacular Horse Fair (7-14 May).
